Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original BondiBoost box or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
